In 1961 the Peters Meats Company issued a set of baseball cards to celebrate the advent of Major League Baseball coming to town. This full uncut package features the Twins’ star player Harmon “Killer” Killebrew in the team's new home uniform. A scarce regional set, most cards are found today as they were meant, cut from the hot dog package by kids, but this is a complete uncut package carefully put away back in 1961. The panel is in very good condition, about as perfect as you could get for a 50 year-old package.
