This offered Helms Athletic Foundation Trophy consists of a bronze Helms Foundation crest mounted on a clear 5 x 3-inch base. One side of the crest features the Helms Foundation logo etched in high relief, while the reverse side is etched with “Awarded to Lew Alcindor In Recognition of Athlete Of Month February 1967”. Etched in high relief around the edges of the crest is “Victory Is A Worthy Result For Which To Strive Fairly”. The remnants of an adhesive is present on the bottom of the trophy.
