Frank Robinson was a superstar with the Cincinnati Reds of the late 1950’s and 1960’s where he won the 1961 NL MVP Award. Robinson then switched to Baltimore where he won the AL’s MVP Award five years later. He's still the only player to win a MVP in both leagues and when you add in his Triple Crown in 1966 and 586 home runs, Frank Robinson becomes one of the greatest ballplayers to ever step foot in either league. Robinson used this bat during the 1973-75 period which he split between the Angels and Indians, hitting a combined .254 with 61 home runs. The Hillerich & Bradsby R182 model bat shows light use and is un-cracked. Robinson’s number “20” has been handwritten on the knob in black marker. The bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B16618) for the game use.
