Hall of Famer Joe Namath wore this Champion Products, Inc size L New York Jets road mesh jersey during the 1974 and 1975 seasons. Namath was the comeback player of the year in the National Football League in 1974 as the Jets finished the season at 7-7, despite starting the season at 1-6.
The white jersey features the traditional Jets green-colored sleeves and white striping pattern and Namath’s number “12” is screen-printed on the front and back in green and screen-printed in white on the green sleeves. “NAMATH” is screen printed in green on a matching white mesh name plate and the jersey has a crotch flap sewn on the bottom front.
The jersey shows some game use and is in good condition and comes with a full LOA from Mears, who have graded this jersey an A-7.
