Pittsburgh Pirates ace John Candelaria wore this toned Pirates home pullover jersey during the 1975 MLB season, his rookie year. Candelaria went 8-6 with a 2.76 ERA and four complete games in 1975 as the Pirates won the National League East Division.

This jersey is a cream-colored pullover, with “PIRATES” and Candelaria’s number “45” sewn on the chest in black and gold tackle twill. A second “45” is sewn on the back of the jersey, also in black and gold tackle twill. Gold and black bands accent the collar and sleeve openings. A Rawlings size “44” tag with an attached “SET 1 #8P 1975” flag is sewn on the front tail of the jersey. This jersey shows heavy use and comes with a LOA from MEARS, who have graded the jersey a perfect A10.
