Up until he retired at the age of 38, fans and teammates knew Gary Carter as "The Kid". This H&B bat dates from the late 1970's when the Hall of Fame backstop really was a "kid" – 1977, 1978 and 1979, his first three break-out seasons in the Majors. The Hillerich & Bradsby P89 model bat shows heavy use and has been cracked. The bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B12644) for the game use.
