Only two years before his tragic passing, Thurman Munson and his wife Diana signed a purchase agreement in the amount of $200,000 for land at 5200 Plain Center Ave NE, Canton, OH. This four-page document was drawn up by “The Citizens Savings Association” and was for a 10-year term to be paid off in February 1987 with monthly payments of $2,479.80. The document measures 8 ½ x 14 inches with print on both sides and two holes punched at the top. Munson and his wife signed their names in blue pen above their typed in names on page three, with Thurman signing and additional time below his wife's name. The contract shows very light toning presenting an off-white color and is in excellent condition, with four crease marks consistent with being placed in a mailing envelope. Munson’s signature is clear and this signed document comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (AA08597).
