This Uniform Player Contract defined the playing agreement between Eric Fernsten and the Boston Celtics for a term of three years ... at a salary of $40,000 per year. An Addendum (which accompanies) specifies an additional $3,000 to be paid to the player upon execution of the document. Fernsten – a member of the Celtics' 1981 NBA Championship squad – has signed four pages of the document in black ink, and the team's Pres.-G.M., Hall of Famer Arnold ("Red") Auerbach, has likewise scripted his name on each piece in blue ballpoint.
