Still, it was during Jordan's only championship season where he would show signs of the greatness to come. This is a full ticket from the final game of the 1982 NCAA Basketball Tournament. A thrilling contest, featuring Michael Jordan and James Worthy’s North Carolina squad matching up against Patrick Ewing and the Georgetown Hoyas at the Louisiana Superdome on March 29th, 1982. It was the 19-year-old Jordan, not yet a superstar, who hit the game winning shot, rising from the left wing to finalize the score at 63-62 in favor of the Tar Heels.
