This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/2/2019
Dave Winfield is one of only 28 members in baseball's illustrious 3,000 hit club. A first-ballot Hall of Famer, the 12-time All-Star used this bat during the 1983 season in which he hit .283 with 32 homers. The 1983 season was also famous for his killing a seagull with a thrown ball during pre-game warm-ups in Toronto. The Rawlings DW20 bat shows moderate use and is un-cracked. Winfield’s number “31” is found on the knob end and he has signed the barrel in gold ink. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B08971) for the game use and has been graded a solid GU 8. Additionally, there is a LOA from JSA for his signature (Z67438).
