The Phils won the National League East by six games over the Pittsburgh Pirates, defeating the Los Angeles Dodgers in a four-game National League Championship Series before falling to the Baltimore Orioles in the Fall Classic. Morgan played his 22nd and final season in 1984 with the Oakland Athletics, and he was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1990.

This offered Wilson jacket is a maroon button-down, with a Phillies “P” logo sewn on the left chest in white and maroon tackle twill. “MORGAN” is sewn across the back shoulders in white tackle twill. This jacket has a Wilson size “42” tag sewn on the back inside collar. This jacket comes with a LOA from MEARS (316137).
