Offered is a “Simeon High School 84-85 Most Outstanding Player Chicago City Champ” presented to Nick Anderson. The 2½ x 7½ x 15½-inch blue and copper colored metal with gold plastic trophy features two columns rising from a single base with an Eagle, the number “84” on the left column and “85” on the right, leading to the figures of two basketball players in jump-ball action. The trophy is mounted on a 1 x 3 x 7½-inch white marble base. The front of the marble base is a ½ x 6-inch blue metal plaque engraved in silver with the legend “Simeon High School 84-85 Most Outstanding Player Chicago City Champ”. Anderson and his teammates at Simeon won the 1984-85 Chicago City Championship over Carver High School, 65-54.
