Among more than 4,400 examples recorded in PSA's census reporting, barely twelve percent have achieved this unimprovable tier. (This important and always hungered-for card was released only as part of a tightly boxed, fully protected set, yet its top-grade population remains surprisingly low.) A physically unimprovable, "true" rookie card, this scarcity's subject was still contending for Cy Young Awards more than two decades later. Gem Mint condition.
