This ticket stub is from the May 19^th, 1984 Stanley Cup Finals game between the New York Islanders and Edmonton Oilers. The game ticket is from Game 5, the final game of the series, with the Oilers shocking the four-time defending champion Islanders to win the Cup. In Game 5, Gretzky scored his 100^th goal of the season (post and regular season combined) in the Oilers 5-2 victory, the first and only time this has happened in NHL history. This ticket stub has been encapsulated and authenticated by PSA/DNA (27157545).
