Wade Boggs 18-year Hall of Fame career included 3010 hits and a hefty .328 batting average. This 34.67-inch, 32.2-oz., two-toned ash, game-used Rawlings Adirondack Pro-Ring Model P302 bat exhibits evidence of heavy use, a cracked handle, and several ball marks are visible on the front, top, rear and bottom of the barrel. Two blue ink transfers are noticeable on the barrel’s bottom. Evidence of pine tar is found from knob up the handle. The knob is engraved with “288 RJ” and inscribed in black marker with Boggs’ Red Sox number, “26.” The barrel is engraved with “BIG STICK/WADE BOGGS/PERSONAL MODEL.” The barrel tip is recessed. A LOA from PSA/DNA (#1B05744) accompanies this item, with the bat grading a GU-9.
