Infielder Bill Madlock’s 15-year career came to a close in 1987. When it was all said and done, Madlock finished with a healthy .305 average and 163 home runs. During the 1987 season, Madlock started the season with the Los Angeles Dodgers before being released in May and then joining the Detroit Tigers. This Rawlings size 44 button-down home white Los Angeles Dodgers jersey was worn by Madlock in 1987. “Dodgers” with a paraph is sewn on across the chest in blue tackle twill. Madlock’s number “12” is sewn on the center left chest in red tackle twill. The Rawlings tag and white team strip tag with “12 87 2” are sewn on the inside back collar. The back of the jersey has “MADLOCK” and “12” sewn on in blue and white tackle twill. The left sleeve has a “1962-1987 DODGER STADIUM 25” patch and the right sleeve has “Rawlings” embroidered in blue. This jersey shows moderate use with some staining. This jersey comes with a LOA from Mears for the game use.
