He was the Robin to Michael Jordan’s Batman, but Scottie Pippen’s excellence is what made the Chicago Bulls a lethal force in the 1990’s. Pippen was a seven-time NBA All-Star, as well as winning two gold medals in the 1992 and 1996 Olympics. Along with Jordan, he is credited with popularizing the NBA worldwide. Offered here is a red road jersey worn by Pippen during the 1989-90 season.
This red road mesh jersey has “BULLS” and Pippen’s number “33” screen-printed on the chest in black and white. “PIPPEN” is screen printed across the back shoulders in white above his “33”, which is screen-printed in black and white. The NBA logo is embroidered in red, white and blue on the upper left chest of this jersey. The open sleeves and collar are bordered with a ribbed lining that has a white/black/red/black/white pattern. The lower front left tail has the MacGregor Sand-Knit size “46 and “Designed Exclusively for the Chicago Bulls” tags, along with “89” and “3” L.B” patches that are sewn next to the two aforementioned tags. A very rare Pippen gamer and this jersey displays light wear with evidence of laundering and is original with no alterations. This comes with a LOA from Sports Investors Authentication (200613E6) for the game use.
