Hall of Famer Mike Piazza hit his 50th career home run during the June 17, 1994 game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Colorado Rockies at Dodger Stadium. Offered here are two lineup cards from the June 17, 1994 game. The Dodgers official card is a cream color with “OFFICIAL BATTING ORDER CLUB LOS ANGELES”. Handwritten in blue pen is the dated “6/17/94”. There are three columns “ORIGINAL”, “CHANGE” and “ALSO ELIGIBLE” with the Dodgers lineup handwritten in blue pen that reads “Butler Ingram Piazza Wallach Karros Mondesi Snyder Offerman Hershiser”. “Tom Lasorda” was printed in blue pen next to the “MANAGER’S SIGNATURE” line and “Lose-13-5 Valdes McDowell Seanez Dreifort” is underneath Hershiser. There is a vertical crease down the center.
The second card is a blue carbon copy of the Colorado Rockies lineup. “ON ROAD-OFFCIAL BATTING ORDER CLUB COLORADO” is printed on the top and “June 17, 1994” is copied on the top right. There are three columns “ORIGINAL”, “CHANGE” and “ALSO ELIGIBLE” with the Rockies lineup copied in black that reads “Young LF Weiss SS Bichette RF Galarraga 1B Hayes 3B Kingery CF Girardi C Liriano 2B Painter P". Manager Don Baylor’s name is next to the “HOME MANAGER’S COPY”. There is a vertical crease down the center. There is a vertical crease down the center.
