Offered here is a sealed and graded copy of "Sonic the Hedgehog 3" developed and published by Sega for the Sega Genesis home console. The third installment of the "Sonic" platform game franchise features Sonic and Tails attempting to retrieve the Chaos Emeralds from Dr. Robotnik before he can relaunch his space station, the Death Egg. "Sonic the Hedgehog 3" was released in North America to critical and commercial acclaim on February 24, 1994, and the game sold over 2 million copies. This presented clamshell box features a "Made in Japan/Assembled in USA" label and a "GA" rating label from the V.R.C. on the cover of this first production box. A near sterling copy of one of the most exciting "Sonic" games.
