Minnesota Timberwolves all-time leading scorer, power forward/center Kevin Garnett wore this Champion game used home jersey during his 1995-96 rookie season. Coming out of high school, Garnett played in 80 games and averaged 10.4 points per game and was named to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team. The 1995-96 season was the last season that the Timberwolves wore these original uniforms after joining the NBA as an expansion franchise in 1989. “WOLVES” and Garnett’s number “21” are sewn on the front of the jersey in royal blue, white and green tackle twill. The NBA logo is embroidered in red, white and blue on the upper left chest and the sleeve and neck openings are a royal blue, white and green patterned ribbed material. The back of the jersey has “GARNETT” sewn on in royal blue tackle twill and his number “21” is sewn on in royal blue, white and green. This Champion size 46 jersey has “SET 4” handwritten in black marker on the Champion tag. The other tag on the bottom front left tail is the Minnesota Timberwolves tag that has “BODY LENGTH +3” and “95-96 EXCLUSIVELY FOR MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES”. The jersey displays light game use and Garnett signed his name in black marker on the bottom front of this jersey. This game used and signed jersey comes with a full LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema and a full LOA from PSA/DNA (AC04466) for his signature.
