By 1997, Barry Bonds was firmly established as one of baseball’s exclusive 5-Tool Players. Now as he aged past the big 3-0 mark, Bonds began the second phase of his career when he concentrated on home run hitting. In the two seasons he was swinging this Louisville Slugger, Bonds added 77 home runs to his career total of 762. The Louisville Slugger H238 model bat is un-cracked and shows excellent use. Bonds’ number “25” is hand written on the knob end along with “BP” indicating its use for practice. Bonds has signed the barrel right between the ceneter brand and stamped endorsement in blue marker. This bat comes with LOAs from PSA/DNA (1B10265 & AA07808) for the game use and signature.
