Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA. A scarce 1997 TOMY Pokemon Charizard scratch card is presented in this lot. The superb collectible is unscratched. The card shows a vintage depiction of the Flame Pokemon. This is the only example of this card graded at its tier in the PSA population report, with only one graded higher! This set is among the scarcest in the Pokemon hobby, making this Charizard collectible an incredibly coveted treasure! Near Mint to Mint condition.
