Offered here is a Boston Celtics road green warm up to worn by Celtic great Paul Pierce during his rookie season of 1998-99. Pierce, who spent 15 seasons with Celtics, where he was a 10-time All-Star, averaged 21.8 points per game and was instrumental in guiding Boston to their 17th NBA championship in 2008, was drafted in the first round (10th overall) out of Kansas. This snap-button-down warm up top is green with “BOSTON” sewn on across the front in white tackle twill in the custom Celtics’ font. A white Nike swoosh is on the upper right chest and the NBA logo is embroidered on the upper left. The collar has two white strips and the sleeves have white clover patches applied with white stripes on the ends. The back has “PIERCE” sewn on in green tackle twill on a white block that is sewn on the upper back. Above Pierce’s name is a white Nike swoosh. The Nike 2XL tag with the Celtics logo on the right and NBA Authentics logo on the left, with a “LENGTH +3” flag is sewn on the inside back collar.
