Tim Duncan and David Robinson provided a fantastic 1-2 punch for coach Gregg Popovich’s 1998-1999 San Antonio Spurs. Duncan averaged 21.7 points, 11.4 rebounds and 2.5 blocked shots per game while Robinson put up 15.8 points, 10.0 boards and 2.4 blocks per contest. Mario Elie recorded 9.7 PPG. The Spurs completely rolled though the postseason in winning the NBA title, the first in franchise history, beating the Minnesota Timberwolves, Los Angeles Lakers, Portland Trail Blazers and New York Knicks (in the NBA Finals) with a combined win-loss record of 15-2.

Offered here is a 14K gold 1998-99 San Antonio Spurs NBA championship player’s ring presented to Mario Elie, highlighted by a beautifully done diamond-filled Spurs logo which is set on a large black stone. Around the bezel setting appear 24 additional diamonds. A depiction of the NBA logo appears on one side of the ring, with the name “ELIE” above it and the number 17 below. Also represented are mentions of the 98-99 season and the team’s 15-2 playoff record. The opposite side shows “WORLD CHAMPIONS SPURS” (with a diamond in the Spurs logo), along with images of the championship trophy and a hammer splitting a rock. This ring – which is marked “14K” inside the band – is an approximate size 12 ½ and weighs approximately 46.5 grams. This item comes with a LOA from Mario Elie.
