Spending his entire 20-year career with Houston made Craig Biggio the face of the Astros franchise. He carved out a Hall of Fame career and is a member of the exclusive 3,000 Hit Club. 1999, the season this bat was used, was typical for Biggio as he hit .294 to lead the league in both doubles and plate appearances. This offered Louisville Slugger H176 model bat is un-cracked and displays outstanding use. Many ball marks with stitch impressions are found on the barrel along with black ink transfers. The handle has been taped to enhance the grip and a moderate coat of pine tar is found on the upper handle. Biggio’s number “7” is hand written on the knob and barrel end in black marker. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B09356) for the game use and has been graded a perfect GU 10.
