Washington Senators Hall of Fame ace Walter Johnson is immortalized in this bronze Southland figurine. Johnson has the second-highest number of wins in baseball history, with 417 wins in 21 seasons. In 1913, Johnson won the MVP award after going 36-7 with a 1.14 ERA, 16.4 WAR, and only 38 walks in 346 innings. In 1936, Johnson was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame as a member of its charter class. This limited edition one of 100 statue is constructed of an oval base topped by a bronze statuette of Johnson. A placard reading “Walter Johnson” is affixed to the base, and this figurine measures approximately 10 inches high. This item is in excellent condition.
