This outstanding, low-mintage piece emanates from the first year of the innovative "Patch Autograph" commemoratives that were quickly embraced by enthusiasts and which immediately revolutionized the hobby. Kobe Bryant has scripted a bold, blue ink signature (adding his jersey number, "8") on the obverse of this premium collectible. In addition to the great athlete's penmanship and a riveting "action" scene that reveals a dramatic, in-game showdown with fellow Hall of Famer Reggie Miller, the cardfront presentation also incorporates a game worn, multi-color jersey patch relic. The card's BGS condition report: Centering: 9.5, Corners: 8, Edges: 9, Surface: 9.5. A congratulatory statement on the card's back attests to the authenticity of the signature and the genuineness of the patch component, and serves as Upper Deck’s COA.
