The years 2001 to 2007 saw Junior putting the final numbers on his Hall of Fame resume. In 2004, he hit his 500th career home run, his 2,143rd career hit which coincidentally tied him with his father, who happened to be sitting in the stands that day. During those seven summers Junior added 155 homers to his eventual lifetime total of 630 and enjoyed the last full seasons of his career.

Griffey’s Louisville Slugger C271 model bat is un-cracked and displays excellent use. Several ball marks with stitch impressions can be seen on all sides of the barrel along with white leather ball scuffs and blue ink transfers. Cleat marks are visible on the right barrel. A crisscross pattern of adhesive tape on the lower handle and a light coat of pine tar have been applied to enhance the grip. A great gamer from one of the most naturally gifted players to ever swing a Louisville Slugger. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B06913) and has been graded a perfect GU 10.
