Superb game used home white jersey from A-Rod’s first year in Texas. Rodriguez put up a spectacular season, leading the league with 52 home runs, 133 runs scored, and 393 total bases. His 52 homers broke the record held by Ernie Banks for most home runs in a season by a shortstop. He also set a few franchise single season records - most homers, most runs, most total bases, and even most hit by pitches. He started all 162 games that season, the only player in the majors to do so! Classic white home Rangers jersey has the special gold embroidered 100th Anniversary of the American League patch on the left sleeve and the Lone Star Texas flag on the right. A-Rod’s “3” sits below the “RANGERS” name on the front in blue tackle twill. The back carries “RODRIGUEZ” and his number “3” in blue tackle twill. An Authentic Sports Investments sticker with 8232 serial has been added on the top of the number. Below that he’s signed his name with the added notation “2001 Game Used” in black marker. Inside the front right tail is the Rawlings tagging with 4 added tags “2 INCH EXTRA LENGTH”, “SLEEVE 1” EXTRA LENGTH”, “50” and “SET 1 2001”.
