The black ballpoint signature of legendary Green Bay Packers coach and executive Vince Lombardi projects forcefully from the payroll check cut adhered to the obverse of this elite collectible. The card's BGS condition report: Centering: 10, Corners: 9, Edges: 9.5, Surface: 9.5. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered "144/221." A congratulatory statement from Upper Deck appears on the card's reverse side; this declaration attests to the signature's authenticity and serves as the COA for the subject item.
