Brain Urlacher was a mainstay on the Chicago Bears defense as the middle linebacker was one of the premier defenders during his playing days. During the 2003 season, Urlacher combined for 116 tackles, including 2.5 sacks as he played in all 16 games.

On the inside back collar is the team patch that reads “03-50”. This jersey displays excellent game use and comes with a signed LOA from Brian Urlacher, stating that he wore this jersey during the October 19th, 2003 game.
