Larry Bird has penned a splendid blue ink signature in the top half on the obverse of this ultra-premium collectible, and the legendary Bill Russell – Bird's famous Boston Celtics predecessor from an earlier generation – has added his own robust name scripting at the lower aspect. The amazing memento's cardfront presentation also incorporates a pair of bright green, game worn jersey patch relics attributed to the revered superstars. (Bird's is a game worn jersey patch, Russell's patch is from a game worn warm-up.) The card's BGS condition report: Centering: 9, Corners: 9, Edges: 9, Surface: 8. A congratulatory statement on the card's back attests to the authenticity of the signatures and genuineness of the patch components, and serves as Upper Deck’s COA.
