2004 was all-Vladimir Guerrero – the Angels star led or finished in the top 10 of 20 offensive categories as he pounded his way to his first and only MVP Award. His tremendous season was recognized by fans nation-wide when he was received more All-Star votes than any other AL outfielder. Tireless down the stretch, Vlad virtually carried the Angels to their first division title since 1986. When the MVP votes were tallied, Guerrero receive 100 more than the runner-up. His 2004 SAM Bat SG1 model bat shows heavy use with a crack in the handle. The barrel shows many ball marks with stitch impressions and white leather scuffs. Vladdy’s number “27” has been handwritten on both ends with the bat’s specs noted in black marker inside the cupped barrel end. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18226) for the game use and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9.
