"The Greatest Clutch Hitter in the History of the Boston Red Sox" had a superb summer in 2005 - batting an even .300 with 47 homers, helping lead Boston to their third consecutive post-season. David Ortiz’s Rawlings 456B model bat shows outstanding use with a handle crack that has been secured with scotch tape. Ortiz’s number “34” is hand written on the knob end in black marker and Big Papi has signed the barrel in silver marker. This bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B06727) for the game use, with a grade of GU 7 and a LOA from PSA/DNA (AB13677) for the signature.
