One of the most feared hitters of the past 20 years, Carlos Delgado does not get nearly the recognition that he deserves. With 473 career home runs and over 1,500 runs batted in, he will surely be remembered as one of the better players of his era. During the 2006-2008 seasons in which this offered Louisville Slugger T141 model bat was used by Delgado, he combined for 100 home runs, 316 RBI and a .265 batting average. This bat displays heavy game use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks, blue ink transfers, cleat imprints and bat rack streaks present throughout the barrel. There is a moderate coating of pine tar on the upper handle and Delgado’s number “21” is hand written in black marker on the knob. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15253) for the game use. Please note that the consignor did not want to purchase the grading on this bat. However, we can inform all potential bidders that this bat has been pre-certified as a GU 10 by PSA/DNA and if the winning bidder chooses to have this bat graded, it will be guaranteed to receive a GU 10 grade. This bat also has a Steiner Sports Game Used hologram.
