Great gamer from Cabrera’s first year with Detroit. During that first season the slugger passed the 1,000 career hits mark and led the American League with 37 home runs. This cherry and black finished Zinger model 24 bat shows heavy game use and has been verified as having been used and broken by Cabrera in the September 10, 2008 game against Oakland. It has been broken in 3 pieces and secured with clear tape. Plenty of ball marks with stitch impressions, ball scuffs and ink transfers mark the barrel. The handle is coated with a coat of Mota stick. PSA/DNA has given this bat a grade of GU8. Letter of grading and authenticity from PSA/DNA. Bat is also MLB authenticated for game use.
