Los Angeles Lakers swingman Kobe Bryant wore these Nike Kobe 7 Zoom Elite sneakers during the Lakers Western Conference First Round playoff matchup against the Denver Nuggets at the end of the 2011-12 NBA season. Bryant, who joined the NBA in 1996 straight out of Lower Merion High School, dropped 31 points in Game 1, a 103-88 Lakers win at the Staples Center, and 38 points in the second game, a 104-100 home victory. Bryant’s highest scoring game came in Game 5, a 102-99 Lakers loss at the Staples Center in which Bryant scored 43 points. He averaged 29.1 points, 5 assists, and 4.6 rebounds per game during this series.

Bryant wore these low-top shoes during the Lakers home games in this series. The body of the shoes is an off-white, snake-skin textured pattern with purple Nike swooshes applied to each side of the shoe. The heels are white, and feature a black hard plastic band bearing Bryant’s facsimile signature. The tongues are white, with a similar snake-skin pattern adorning them. Bryant’s personal logo is applied to each tongue in purple. The shoes are a size 14. Bryant has signed the heel of the right shoe in silver marker. These shoes come with a LOA from D.C. Sports for game use and a LOA from JSA (Z62933) for the signature.
