Adrian Gonzalez was drafted first overall by the Florida Marlins in the 2000 Amateur Baseball draft, yet he never played a game in a Marlins uniform. For a player of Gonzalez’s caliber, however, he has worn a surprising number of different jerseys throughout his career. Florida traded him to Texas, where he played parts of 2 seasons before being moved to San Diego. It was with the Padres that Gonzalez would find his swing, averaging over 30 home runs and 100 RBI in his 5 seasons with the team. After a brief stop in Boston, Gonzo was traded again, this time to the Dodgers, where he has now spent the last 3 seasons. This 2013 game used Los Angeles Dodgers home jersey, #23, was worn by Gonzalez on May 27, with the Dodgers hosting the Los Angeles Angels in an interleague game. The Dodgers won the game 8-7, with Gonzalez having an extraordinary game, going 4-4 at the dish with 2 doubles, 4 runs and an RBI. Jersey reads Dodgers in script across the front. Jersey shows some game usage. Of note, this jersey is the 2013 Memorial Day Commemorative white jersey with camo lettering and numbers. Item comes only with MLB Hologram Authentication sticker #EK316027 on front of the jersey, located on the lower left MLB Authentic Majestic patch.
