In the bottom of the 7th Jeter hit a double off Todd Redmond scoring Brett Gardner. The Captain then reached down one last time and stole third. It was the 358th and last of his career. This is THE last stolen base. To be clear, this is not 'a base used in that game', but it 'the actual base he stole!' The sides of the base carry the special number 2 logo and "The Captain" in silver on a black plaque. Jeter signed the top of the bag in black marker and Yankee Stadium turf is still found on the surface. This is not only the final stolen base of Jeter's career, but it also represents the Yankee all time record. The bottom is marked "9/21/14 6th-7th inning 3rd base" in blue marker. Hologram 206774 from Steiner and MLB HZ 556207 are affixed. Letters of Authenticity from Steiner and MLB.
