San Diego Chargers pass-rusher extraordinaire Dwight Freeney wore this white Chargers jersey on September 28th, 2014 as San Diego welcomed the Jacksonville Jaguars to Qualcomm Stadium. Freeney and the Chargers defense stymied the Jaguars offense in a dominant 33-14 victory, with Freeney notching a QB hit and the Chargers defense forcing three turnovers. Philip Rivers passed for 377 yards and three touchdowns as the Chargers improved to 3-1 on the season. Freeney, playing linebacker in defensive coordinator John Pagano’s 3-4 scheme, finished the season with 3.5 sacks and a fumble recovery in nine starts. The three-time First Team All-Pro selection retired after the 2017 season with 125.5 sacks and a Super Bowl ring.

This offered Chargers jersey is white, with Freeney’s number “93” sewn on the chest, back, and shoulders in navy, light blue, and yellow tackle twill. Chargers lightning bolts are sewn on each shoulder, while “FREENEY” is sewn across the back shoulders in navy and yellow tackle twill over a matching white nameplate. Navy Nike swooshes are sewn on each sleeve, while a Chargers wordmark and an NFL logo are sewn on the chest. A Nike size “42 SKILL” tag with attached “2013” and “+2 Length” flags is sewn on the back inside collar. This jersey has been authenticated to the September 28th game by the MeiGray Group, who have provided a LOA with the Chargers. Additionally, this jersey has been photo matched to the aforementioned game by RGU, who have also provided a LOA.
