Presented in this lot is a pair of 2014 Nike Kobe IX EM PE promo sample sneakers in a white/black/tour yellow colorway. Bryant built a legacy as arguably the NBA’s second most important sneaker pitchman after Michael Jordan, with his line of signature sneakers still among the hottest selling in the Association. Bryant played 20 seasons in the NBA, winning five titles and averaging 25.0 points per game. The 2007-08 NBA MVP was posthumously inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2020.
These offered Nike Kobe IX EM PE promo sample sneakers are white, with a yellow midsole and black accents. Bryant’s personal logo is applied to the tongue in yellow below his white facsimile signature. Nine yellow bars are present on the heels. The sneakers are a size 14 and in excellent condition.
