The hit came on April 2, 2014 at Angel Stadium of Anaheim off Hector Noesi, in the bottom of the 9th inning of an 8-2 loss to the Seattle Mariners. Trout has signed the ball next to the Rawlings logo in blue ink. The ball shows obvious game usage, and is MLB authenticated with hologram #EK067998.
