New York Rangers right winger Mats Zuccarello wore this navy Rangers “Heritage” jersey during the 2015-16 season. Zuccarello had a breakout year in 2015-16, setting new career-highs in points (61) and goals (26) while contributing 35 assists for the playoff-bound Rangers. On October 30th, 2015, Zuccarello notched his first career hat trick with a three-goal effort against the Toronto Maple Leafs at Madison Square Garden while wearing this very jersey.
This Heritage sweater was worn during home contests against Original Six teams during the 2015-16 season. “NEW YORK” is sewn diagonally across the chest in red and cream-colored tackle twill. Zuccarello’s number “36” is sewn on the back and sleeves in the same fashion, while “ZUCCARELLO” is sewn across the back shoulders in cream-colored tackle twill over a matching navy nameplate. Cream-red-cream bands accent the sleeves and tail of the jersey. The collar is a lace-up collar, with a NHL shield sewn on its vertex. A fight strap printed with “Set 1 15-16” is located inside the jersey, while the Rangers retired numbers of 1, 2, 3, 11, 35, and two 9s are applied to the back inside tail. This size “54” sweater comes with a LOA from Steiner Sports (236197). This jersey has also been photo matched by Resolution Photomatching to the October 30th, 2015 game in which Zuccarello recorded his first career hat trick.
