New York Yankees catcher Bryan McCann wore this special Independence Day jersey during the Yankees July 4th, 2015 game against the Tampa Bay Rays. The Yankees won this game 3-2 on a walkoff sacrifice bunt by Ramon Flores that scored Jose Pirela. McCann, a seven-time All-Star, did not play in this game due to scheduled rest. Perhaps thanks to the rest, McCann finished the 2015 with a new career high in home runs, with 26, and tied his career high with 94 RBI.

This white, pinstriped, button down jersey features the Yankees interlocking “NY” logo sewn on the left chest in red-bordered tackle twill that is filled in with a special Independence Day star design. McCann’s number “34” is sewn on the back in similarly styled tackle twill. A backwards American flag is sewn on the left sleeve, while a stars-and-stripes MLB patch is sewn on the back outside collar. A Majestic tag is sewn on the front left tail of the jersey. Size “48” and “2015” flags are attached to the tag. McCann signed the “4” digit in silver marker, adding the inscription “2015 Game Used” to his signature. This item is accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA (AB16480) for the signature, and a Steiner Sports LOA (223863) for game use. Additionally, a MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ 877084) authenticates it to the July 4th game.
