The Carolina Panthers won their first 14 games of the 2015 season, before finally losing to the Atlanta Falcons, 20-13. A 38-10 drubbing of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during the final week of the regular season gave the Panthers a remarkable 15-1 record. Carolina paced the NFL in scoring, putting up 31.3 points per game. QB Cam Newton threw for 3,837 yards and 35 touchdowns, while rushing for another 636 yards and 10 TDs. In the playoffs, the Panthers defeated the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals to reach Super Bowl 50, where they would fall to the Denver Broncos, 24-10.
