San Francisco Giants ace Madison Bumgarner led the National League in 2015 with four complete games and finished the year with an 18-9 record and 2.93 ERA. Bumgarner wore this size 50 Majestic Cool Base button down alternate black jersey during the May 30, 2015 game against the Atlanta Braves.
Bumgarner did not pitch in this game as the Braves won 8-0. This black jersey has the interlocking “SF” sewn on in black and orange tackle twill on the upper left chest. Orange piping runs along the collar and down both sides of the buttons. The Majestic tag is screen printed on the bottom front left tail. The back of the jersey has “40” sewn on in black and orange tackle twill and both sleeve ends have a orange/black/orange striping pattern. The right sleeve has a the “2014 World Series Champions” patch, while the right sleeve has a “GIANTS” Golden Gate Bridge patch above the white embroidered Majestic logo. Also on the left sleeve is a memorial “LON” patch honoring broadcaster Lon Simmons, who passed away in April 2015. This jersey comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ 429322) and a San Francisco Giants Pro Shop Tag. Please note, the MLB Authenticated database also indicates that Bumgarner wore this jersey during the May 2nd game, another game he did not pitch in.
