Each new season seems to bring another milestone to Mike Trout’s career. Trout followed up his 2014 MVP season by becoming the youngest player in history to reach career 100 home runs and 100 career stolen bases - at just 23 years of age.
This un-cracked Old Hickory MT27 model bat is one of the sticks Trout used during that 2015 season and as one would expect, it displays outstanding use. The barrel has ball marks and stitch impressions along with white leather ball scuffs and cleat marks. As is common with Mike Trout bats, the lower handle and knob has been taped to enhance the grip and a moderate coat of pine tar has been applied to the upper handle. An impression of a weighted batting donut is visible. Trout has signed the barrel in silver pen and added “G/U 15”. This game used and signed bat comes with letters of authenticity from Anderson Authentics and PSA/DNA (1B10012) who have graded this bat a perfect “GU 10”.
