Mike Trout, the best and most exciting player in the Major Leagues today, wore these cleats during the 2015 MLB season. The centerfielder for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim had an incredible year in 2015, hitting 41 home runs, 90 RBI, and a .299 batting average. Trout led the American League in slugging and on base percentage in 2015, finishing second in AL MVP voting to Josh Donaldson of the Toronto Blue Jays. Great things are expected from Trout in the future, who seems destined for a berth in Cooperstown when his career winds down.
These size 11.5 Nike Lunar Vapor cleats are red with a speckled blue pattern and white Nike swoosh on each side. Trout’s number “27” is applied to the back heel in white. “TROUT” is printed opposite the “27” in blue text. The sole of each cleat is a very shiny cherry red. Trout signed each shoe on the rightmost Nike swoosh in black Sharpie. He added the inscription “15 G/U,” indicating the season the shoes were worn during. The spikes show excellent game use. These shoes come with an Anderson LOA.
