Milwaukee Brewers superstar Ryan Braun wore this navy blue Memorial Day alternate home jersey on May 25th, 2016, during the Brewers 8-4 loss to the San Francisco Giants at Miller Park. Braun cranked a two-run homer in the fifth inning off Tim Lincecum, finishing the game 1-3 with two runs scored, a walk, and a stolen base. This was the 242nd home run of Braun’s career. Braun made his sixth All-Star team in 2015, finishing the year with 25 homers, 85 RBI, 24 stolen bases, and a .285 batting average.
This jersey is a button-down navy blue home alternate, with “Brewers” and Braun’s number “8” sewn on the chest in gold, blue, and camouflage patterned tackle twill. “BRAUN” and a second “8” are sewn on the back of this jersey in the same fashion. A Brewers logo patch is sewn on the left sleeve while a camouflage green MLB logo patch is sewn on the back outside collar. A Majestic size “42” tag is applied to the front left tail. This jersey comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ 874549).
