Graded GEM MINT 9.5 by BGS, signature graded “10” by Beckett. Carter was the Rookie of the Year in 1998-99 and was an eight-time All-Star. He signed the card bold black ink on card with his number “15” inscribed as well. A three-color color patch makes this card really stand out. The limited-edition item is serial numbered “09/15.” A statement on the back of the card by Panini attests to the authenticity of the signature and memorabilia piece, and serves as the item’s COA. The card’s BGS condition report: Centering: 9.5, Edges: 10, Corners: 9.5, Surface: 9.5. Gem Mint condition.
